Shipping & Return Policies


Mary Square orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Butner, NC. Orders may take between 7-10 days to arrive. We do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Large orders may require additional time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return for a refund or an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value.

Note: if you purchased your product from a 3rd party retailer we are unable to accept your return.

You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery and all products must be in the condition you received. NO RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS.


Please note that it takes 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an e-mail from Mary Square confirming this.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. Mary Square will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).

When shipping your return, please do the following:

  • Send the return to our address: 106 20th Street, Butner, NC 27509
  • Enclose a copy of the order receipt, packing slip, or invoice. We will credit for the product only once received.
  • Products must be in resale condition, including all hangers and tags.

All returns will only be credited to the original purchasing credit card number.

Exchanges: You will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item and you place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

If you receive a Mary Square item from our website as a gift, you may exchange the item within 30 days for an item of equal or lesser value. Please contact customer service at 940.626.2064 to begin the process. If your gift was purchased from a 3rd party retailer, we are unable to accept your return.

There is a 25% restocking fee on returns (does not apply to defective merchandise or faulty shipments).
