All returns require authorization by a customer experience representative within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, unauthorized returns cannot not be refunded.

Our popular items sell out quickly! If it sold out online, we likely will not have it in-stock again.

Becoming a Mary Square retailer is easy. Simply fill out the Wholesale Account form HERE. Below are a couple other details you should know about being approved to carry Mary Square.

  • Opening order minimum is $500.00.
  • Reorder minimum is $200.00. New Accounts will be opened at Mary Square’s sole discretion based upon market conditions and other factors deemed relevant.
  • Mary Square retains the right to deny a retailer for any reason.
  • All new retail applicants must be able to prove they have a legitimate brick & mortar storefront and/or an independent e-commerce site.
  • Vendor must be approved to sell online.
  • NO NEW retailers may list any Mary Square items for sale on any online marketplace including but not limited to: Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.

A Mary Square customer goes to an INACTIVE status if they have not ordered in 12 months. To reactivate an account, the customer must place a minimum order of $500.00 and terms must be reestablished.
